Assignment:

You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone. Home4pet.com may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you.

By using this website or making purchase or availing services from this website you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Authorized Site Visits:

You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view, and retain a copy of pages of this website for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify, scrape, or otherwise distribute the material on this website for any commercial use, or for any purpose other than as described in these Terms.

Registering With Home4pet.com:

In order to take advantage of certain features on the website, you are required to register with Home4pet.com for example, you may be required to register with Home4pet.com if you want to set up a “My Profile” on Home4pet.com, where you can view a record of your contributions in the form of articles, ratings, blogs, feedback, get email alerts, etc.. You may also be required to register with Home4pet.com if you are a business owner, or want to respond to certain comments by users, or participate in any contribution towards the website. Home4pet.com use of any personal information that you provide to Home4pet.com during any registration process is governed by Home4pet.com privacy policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipping cost:

PRODUCTS/GOODS

Our website currently offers shipping charges for products/goods as per their size, shape, weight, nature etc and shipping charges for the delivery schedule indicated as and when required. Shipping charges for each purchase through our website shall be specifically mentioned and will be prompted /notified to the customers before completion of the purchase.

We work along with reputed logistics/ courier company(s) to ensure that your orders reach on time but any delay or misplacement of package by the courier companies is not in our hands. If this does occur we will try our best to help resolve the issue and to make sure the package reaches you fast.

Shipping Time:

All orders have a standard delivery time of 3 – 7 business days* . In case you need one of our products with expedited delivery you can email us on contact@Home4pet.com. or call us on the given number and we will definitely try and help you out!

Do note that in some cities across India there may be an Octroi charge or other government charge on your order, and this must be borne by the buyer at the time of delivery. The courier company will collect the Octroi /other local taxes amount from you at the time of delivery.

Please carefully have a look at the product / services information before ordering so that we can ensure that you receive the product / services for your pet. In case you are confused please feel free to consult with our customer support and take a support session on payment of applicable fee and we will be happy to help you out.

Cancellations:

For Products:

Home4pet.com has the right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card / net banking has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card or bank Account.

Cancellation by you:

In case of requests for order cancellations, Home4pet.com reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. For you to cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time you place the order. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
Home4pet.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Home4pet.com and accept Home4pet.com’s decision regarding the cancellation.

For Services:

No refund-no return-no exchange on any voucher for services. Once confirmed service order cannot be cancelled. All service vouchers carry a 7 days usage policy from the date of order through Home4pet.com.

Exchanges:

If there is a problem with your order please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product on contact@Home4pet.com. We will respond to your email and send you a reference number.

You agree that we do not give refunds on any items at all, only exchange or store credit is allowed (wherever applicable). If there is any fault in your order please notify us immediately so we can help you out for its remedy by taking it up with the concerned vendor whose pet, product, goods and services were purchased by you.. If you want to exchange any item, that is part of our exchange policy, you must notify us within seven days and we will arrange for its pickup within three to four working days from such request. Request for exchange made after seven days of delivery will not be entertain.

For a exchange to be valid the goods being exchanged need to be in their original condition, brand new, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached and in resell-able condition.

If the purchase price of goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods is less than that of the returned goods no refund will be given; and if the goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods exceed that of the returned goods the difference will be borne by the purchaser. So please make sure that the total amount of the goods returned is same or more than the total amount of the new goods that you are purchasing.

Customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs on exchanged items. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.

Due to hygiene and health reasons, no returns and exchanges can be accepted on certain items including Toys, beds, bakery items, clothes, accessories, brushes, food, oral and dental care goods and clearance/sale items. These items are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged for any reason. It is once again reiterated that pets are specifically excluded from the category of exchangeable item(whether exchange available or not will be indicated against each item at the time of completion of purchase). We apologize for the inconvenience.

Defective or wrong item shipped:

We will happily exchange a defective product or a wrong item that has been shipped out. Please notify us via email on contact@Home4pet.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist you. We will respond to your email and exchange the products at the earliest.

Any product or promotion of a product on the website are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in any other way associated with Home4pet.com.com. Home4pet.com.com has no control over Content, Contributions or other information and opinion expressed by the users.
